The doubtful etymology included[edit]

Clear source of "Ikon, a camera brand owned by Carl Zeiss AG." is unknown. Wikipedia articles (w:Carl_Zeiss_AG##Zeiss_Ikon_film_cameras and w:Nikon#Names_and_brands, as of the time) mentioned only infringement and violation of the name, not etymology. Are you hateful for Japanese products? Are you intended to deprive/kill a pride of Japan/prides of ethnic peoples?
