Title Shouldn't be Capitalised[edit]

The title of this page should be spelt 'sigel' with a miniscule 's'. While respecting that in German the word is always capitalised (because all German nouns are), that is not the case in Old English. Should this spelling happen to be found in other languages, it probably won't be the case in them either. It is against the standard practice of Wikitionary for pages' titles to be capitalised in cases like this. 1.126.111.130 13:54, 29 April 2023 (UTC)Reply

The bit about "standard practice" is nonsense. We have capitalised and non-capitalised page titles and they are entirely distinguished. Has been that way since 2007 or so. However, you may have a point specifically about the Old English word. It should probably be moved to sigel. 90.186.170.69 01:06, 22 September 2023 (UTC)Reply
