Consonant gradation[edit]
(This is about my edit.[1]) The word shares the same etymology with (deprecated template usage) alkaa which has the k-j gradation, but since in this declension type the plural paradigm has no consonant gradation, there should be no mention of that in the declension table. That's what the highest authority on Finnish language says, the Institute for the Languages of Finland.[2] -- Puisque (talk) 17:41, 9 May 2017 (UTC)
