"Bulo" is also a word used in the dialect form Perugia, Italy. The dialect is called Perugino. Bulo in Perugino is an adjective. It means attractive, new, cool, unique. It can be applied both to things and people. Someone can be Bulo or Bula depending on the gender of the person. Things like clothes, shoes, cars and more can be "Bulo" (singular masculine/neutral), "Buli" ( plural masculine) or "Bula" (singular femminine) and "Bule" (plural femminine).
