I find that the word "challenge" is used as an euphemism for "problem" often. Should this use be mentioned, for example by adding a third entry "euphemism for problem"? -- 09:27, 14 May 2006 (UTC)

Medical/research term[edit]

There appears to be a meaning of challenge used in medicine or in research in general. Wakablogger2 19:32, 11 July 2010 (UTC)

From the OED: "A dose of an antigen given, by injection or other means, to an animal or person that has been sensitized to it by a previous dose." Not sure whether there may be yet another meaning, though. Wakablogger2 19:39, 11 July 2010 (UTC)
