Is it only for illnesses? I was thinking of je suis bon pour une grippe (informal) as a translation, but it's not illness specific. Kipmaster 08:36, 16 March 2006 (UTC)

• The idiomatic use is only for illness in English. Though there is an old children's song that has the lines "Their changing the gaurd at Buckingham Palace, Christopher Robin came down with Alice" SemperBlotto 08:40, 16 March 2006 (UTC)
