Creator appears to have simply copied everything over from compiler, as s/he has also done for a couple of other entries. The sense could be deleted out of hand IMO, but I'll take a look and see if there is any chance of attestation. -- Visviva 10:08, 20 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Appears 3 times on Google Patents, and once on WIPO PatentScope. Inventors are uniformly from non-English-speaking countries, viz. Japan, France, Norway and Sweden. So it could be cited, but frankly I'm not sure we'd be doing anyone a service. -- Visviva 10:12, 20 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
