Can this refer to a jump drive?
A jump drive is a device that connects to a computer and alter it functionality (in this case, extend the storage capacity). As per definition 1, a jump drive would be considered a dongle.
Apparently there is also a jargon meaning in USA, which turned out to be more important than one might think.  Someone knowledgeable in USA English sexual jargon might want to edit the entry. --Nemo 19:41, 7 August 2016 (UTC)
