feed in energy[edit]

Is this a common expression in english? If yes, perhaps it should also be in the article? I do know it from regenerative power feeding into the grid (mains) - but is this really common or at least technical english? -- 07:22, 3 June 2015 (UTC)

  • You are probably talking about feed-in, the system whereby users with small-scale, renewable generators may supply electricity to the grid and get paid for it. SemperBlotto (talk) 10:16, 3 June 2015 (UTC)
