I think it’s a slang word for cannabis, or the smoking of it. It’s the feminine of fumet (aroma), and it changes the meaning from a positive odor to a negative one. But it’s slang as far as I know. —Stephen 09:03, 10 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
You're irritatingly good, Stephen. My Petit Larousse gives is as the smoking of canabis, so the definition is wrong but it does exist. If anything this should be an RFV, but ah well. Mglovesfun (talk) 14:01, 10 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Widsith's improved the article, and a quick Google Book seach gets 481 in French. A large amount of those are for Fumette (family name) but nevertheless, there's a lot more than three in the right context. Mglovesfun (talk) 19:48, 10 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
