 garbë and zgarbë are linked to gr.γρᾰ́φω (gráphō), Irish gearb (‘scab, mange’) or eng. carve than any of those unrelated words you have there. On the other hand, gërbë (lump, hump) is related to Serbo-Croatian gȑba ‘hump’ or Romanian gârbă (back) and greabăn (withers).
