'I hears'[edit]
First I have seen these words together in phrase "The fat lady. I hears her" in an illustration in the article It's official: Toshiba announces HD DVD surrender. It was so strange for me that I checked usage of using the form 'hears' in the first person singular simple using Google [1]. There are many cases of it and it seems that the examples are not only from non-native speakers of English. To hear[edit]
When a person says "I've not heard anything about incident X" this often also means he's not read about it anywhere. Should this definition be included? Gambler Justice 10:00, 25 February 2009 (UTC)
