Should this not be heteroepitaxy? Google lists 29,900 results for heteroepitaxy, as opposed to 47 for hetroepitaxy (where you are also given a "did you mean.." link to heteroepitaxy). Heteroepitaxy just seems more correct. Either way, homoepitaxy and heteroepitaxy/hetroepitaxy are words that none of the other main online dictionaries appear to have, so woo for us. --Wytukaze 18:53, 12 May 2005 (UTC)Reply

Yes, this is a misspelling (usual hetero/hetro one), and not a very common one: Google Books gives:
heteroepitaxy: 27,100 results
hetroepitaxy: 99 results
