YM1987 has weirdly not a single instance of intransitive motion verbs in the hi-D/L- theme (like hit'e, hilghaal, hichééh (all meaning to hop, hobble) ... Conjugation patterns are henceforth based on similarity with the a-hi-D/L- theme, meaning "to hop, hobble away out of sight". Julien Daux (talk) 15:43, 4 December 2016 (UTC)Reply

Actually, the dictionary contains none of these verbs (so paradigms are missing), but in the Appendix I, p. 224, there is a hi-D/L yi-perfective column, with the example verb "taah heesht'e : I hobbled into water". Just another YM inconsistency... Julien Daux (talk) 15:54, 4 December 2016 (UTC)Reply
