Why is it that Spanish took its word for "left" from Basque rather than Latin? 24.29.228.33 04:16, 2 December 2008 (UTC)
- I think it might be more accurate to say it was from Paleo-Iberian rather than "Basque". Don't know for sure though, it might be a more recent borrowing. --Laryaghat 03:42, 5 April 2010 (UTC)
