I find zero evidence of "jamahiriya" used as an English common noun. It's always a proper noun, "Jamahiriya", or a transliteration of the Arabic marked by italics[1][2] I suggest that this entry is misplaced and should reside at Jamahiriya. --Dbachmann 18:13, 14 March 2011 (UTC)
