Should the verb phrases lock in and lock out have separate entries as for kit out? trunkie 12:23, 1 Jul 2004 (UTC)

If the meaning cannot be deduced from knowing what "lock", "in" and "out" mean, then I would say yes. Whether it can is a moot point. — Paul G 14:14, 1 Jul 2004 (UTC)

London Lock Hospital[edit]

This is an extract from Wikipedia but I'm not sure where it should go.

The name dates back to the earlier leprosy hospitals, which came to be known as lock hospitals after the "locks", or rags, which covered the lepers' lesions. This name was used as far back as medieval times...
