military maneuver

Am I dreaming or is there a military sense (or usually military sense) of a movement made on a battlefield. Not the same as the current military sense, which is in the plural, maneuvers, training exercises. Renard Migrant (talk) 16:57, 28 November 2014 (UTC)Reply
