Possible etymology from bucca[edit]
The hypothesis would be that it drives from bucca through a confusion of m and b, possibly through the influence of "in bucca*" This would be for example in the sequence bucca -> buacca -> moaca
Can you please help me investigate this hypothesis ? I know there is already "îmbuca" which did not suffer any such change
