The definition isn't good. Morpholinos do not genetically modify organisms. They do alter protein expression, but this is by interacting with RNA -- there is no change in the DNA when using a Morpholino. In general, the term "genetically modified" refers to changes in DNA.
How about "An organism that has been treated with a Morpholino oligo to alter protein expression"?
