Talk:muffler

In English English like as what is spoken in England 'silencer' would be used for the part of the exhaust that reduces the noise. 'Muffler' for scarf is somewhat archaic and has a rather North-Eastern association. You would expect to hear it more frequently in modern Geordie and even then it would be for historical effect 86.179.71.155 15:32, 3 January 2012 (UTC)Reply
