Could someone improve the formatting for the web reference? I've tried to find out how to do this correctly but none of the Wiktionary pages are very helpful. This is the part of the webpage I want to reference:

⑪ Biến đổi luôn không ngừng.

Also, could a bilingual Vietnamese/English speaker check that 'constant change' is a suitable definition of 'hành' in this context? TIA — This unsigned comment was added by Gavinkwhite (talkcontribs) at 01:47, 23 March 2022‎.

If you can tell me the name of the resource and an English translation of said name I can try to make a new site-specific template (so you can add links to this site easily in the future). You put "Từ điển Thiều Chửu" but the website itself has "Từ điển Hán Nôm". 70.172.194.25 02:16, 23 March 2022 (UTC)Reply
Yes, that would be great. The name of the website is "Từ điển Hán Nôm", which in English would be something like "Chinese and Sino-Vietnamese Dictionary" [I will need to check on this further]. The dictionary collects entries from various printed resources. E.g. on the page for 'hành' https://hvdic.thivien.net/whv/%E8%A1%8C there are entries from five different sources:
Từ điển phổ thông [basic dictionary meaning]
Từ điển trích dẫn [examples from primary sources]
Từ điển Thiều Chửu [actual dictionary]
Từ điển Trần Văn Chánh [actual dictionary]
Từ điển Nguyễn Quốc Hùng [actual dictionary]
The entry I want to reference is ⑪ Biến đổi luôn không ngừng from the "Từ điển Thiều Chửu" dictionary Gavinkwhite (talk) 10:26, 23 March 2022 (UTC)Reply
User:Gavinkwhite, I made a template for this, {{R:vi:TDHN}}. I have changed the reference on this page to use it. It may be overly complex, but if you plan on using this source often it seemed like making the citation give all relevant info would be good. 70.172.194.25 03:51, 24 March 2022 (UTC)Reply
This is definitely a resource that I use a lot. Thanks for your help here! Gavinkwhite (talk) 04:43, 24 March 2022 (UTC)Reply
