I was hesitant to translate "ovesné vločky" as "rolled oats", as:

• There were only 3 hits found by Google upon searching both expressions together.
• Further search showed some dictionaries translate "ovesné vločky" as "oat flakes", which is a literal translation.

But:

• There are an order of magnitude more hits of "rolled oats" than "oat flakes".
• English Wikipedia has an article on "rolled oats".
• Image search confirmed "rolled oats" look exactly like "ovesné vločky".
