Add usage note?[edit]

The English page has only "pleasant, pleasing", but in the French page, it seems to be saying that that meaning is mostly for Quebec, and rarely used in France. And it seems in France, the meaning is more like "funny". I do not know French well, so I wish someone who knows better would add some usage note here.
