Needs mucho cleanup.
Apparently I should have played in the sandbox first. I would have realized my wikipedia login does not also log me in here. First heard this in the Internet Help Desk skit by Three Dead Trolls in a Baggie...circa 2001.

Would this be related to "screw the pooch"? The software usage doesn't seem particularly hackish. If it's more prevalent among, say, defense contractors, I'd assume that the two are related. -dmh 18:22, 5 Nov 2004 (UTC)
