Is this a word in English?

As title. I see it's in Latin and Interlingua. I just saw the word in some random forum post and thought "this has to not be an actual English word, right?" They used it as a verb, "Doing x would possibilitate y", where it means "make possible". toobigtokale (talk) 07:17, 27 August 2022 (UTC)
