wrong example? / example wrongly worded?[edit]

Currently [as of 2012-09-19], in the article, it says:

The word 'thine' is the preconsonantal form of the word 'thy'.

Now, shouldn't that be the other way around, like, isn't "thine" used before a vowel ("thine enemy"), whereas "thy" is used before a consonant ("thy friend")?
