Examples would be useful

The entry gives a very unclear definition / explanation. Without examples it's almost impossible to understand what it is talking about. For example, which languages use relational adjectives? The article seems to be talking about the need to add inflectional endings to nouns in order to modify other nouns. I presume that this means that these languages are unable to say "water tank"; they need to say something like "watery tank" or "water's tank", where "watery" or "water's" are "relational adjectives".
