"Schiettamente" is more about something that clearly manifests itself: it's not necessarily straightforward, because it can be convoluted; it's not blunt, because that word makes me think of arrogance; and it's not frank. But the title "L'importanza di essere franco", translation of "The importance of being earnest", might give the solution: maybe "earnestly"? I'm unsure. --Nemo 07:05, 19 December 2014 (UTC)
