I don't know why a previous entry was deleted - perhaps the word is considered an error for scrimmage in American Football - if so, then please delete noun sense 2, but please leave the valid noun and verb used in Rugby Football. No British reader will doubt the usages, but I can provide citations from the OED, BBC, Telegraph, Guardian .... if necessary. Dbfirs 18:59, 22 March 2008 (UTC)
