First usage is wrong[edit]
Hi. Not a big deal and it appears definitely to have exploded around May 5 but Know Your Meme's claim is definitely wrong; the phrase appeared earlier on twitter, eg May 1 use (and as twitter doesn't have such a double-tap-to-like feature but Instagram does it was probably used in an Instagram meme before these tweets were posted):
