The 1997 and 2012 quotations for meaning 1 (software) probably belong to meaning 2 (content), as they deal with content and not software. --JaS (talk) 22:24, 25 February 2017 (UTC)
- Thanks. I relocated the 2012 quotation, but left the 1997 one as the writer appears to be drawing an analogy with shovelware in the computing sense. — SMUconlaw (talk) 13:16, 26 February 2017 (UTC)
