Different theological perspectives will vary on this point, but perhaps the definition of sinner should be changed to "One who sins". (As is implied in Wikipedia)

The term 'sinner' implies repition, so why is sinner defined here as "One who has sinned"?.

For instance, 'liar' is defined as "one who lies", not "one who has lied". The difference is crucial.

(I have never edited Wikipedia before, and I'm new to the whole idea, so please instruct me)
