straight away center field

This comes up in baseball, but I think it can only be used in this way. I've not heard of straight away left field or right field. It means dead straight to the middle of center field, as in a line with home-plate and second base. Mglovesfun (talk) 09:32, 16 June 2013 (UTC)Reply
