Uniformity's Sake

@SemperBlotto Hi, thanks for these new entries, btw. Anyway, I just wanted to ask you about the formatting on English entries. Because from my years in Wiktionary, I'm not sure if there are exact standards for this, but I noticed that the definition in English entries either 1.) start with a capital letter on the first word and end with a period, or 2.) start with a small letter on the first word and not end with a period. It's just that I noticed that your new entries don't match with what I usually see. Again, I'm not sure if there's an exact standard here for English entries, but I thought it would be better to follow one of them for the sake of uniformity. What do you think? • I think it says what we should do in one of the help pages. Some people like the definitions to like like sentences (capital first letter, ending fulls stop) even when they do not have a subject / verb / object. I just do what seems natural. SemperBlotto (talk) 13:46, 11 August 2018 (UTC)
