Navy Parlance - I’ve seen some forum chat about the use of the term “tight whites” in reference to a white dress uniform of some kind worn by Naval personnel and possibly other members of other armed forces (predating the term “tighty-whiteys”) but I had trouble finding anything official, which is not unsurprising though.
