Not sure why the mention of anarchism, Maoism and punk rock are necessary to the definition and why we are so intent on having them in there. They seem entirely extraneous to the definition and are seemingly only there to serve someone’s personal political agenda. Further, I’m not sure why “countercultural” is in scare quotes. I don’t think it’s overly sensitive to read this definition as somewhat disparaging, biased, and out of keeping with Wiktionary’s usual editorial standards.
