Incorrect entry[edit]

This item is incorrect. Vielbein is not a mispelling of vierbein. In mathematical physics, vierbein has found its way into English from the German synonym for tetrad (Greek etymology). As a result, "vielbein" was invented to generalize from four dimensions to many dimensions, "viel-" being the German prefix from "viele" (many). It is standard in textbooks and papers on differential geometry or applications of differential geometry to physics. I don't know how to edit the wiktionary to explain this "generalization of", but I can provide several standard references from widely used textbooks and published articles if someone wants to fix this.
