Shouldn't it be either of two, but any of several? Dick Kimball (talk) 18:40, 10 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

It seems confusing that vitamin K is uncountable if there are "several" of them. Worse, there are even two K vitamins, K1 and K2. Dick Kimball (talk) 18:44, 10 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
