Usage

This template is used to look up the definitions of Bulgarian words in: Речник на българския език (Dictionary of the Bulgarian Language), Institute for Bulgarian Language, Bulgarian Academy of Sciences (BAS). The initialism "RBE" is a latinization of the corresponding Cyrillic initialism "РБЕ", derived from the dictionary's title.

The closely related template {{R:bg:RBE2}} is used to look up Bulgarian words in the online dictionary provided by Chitanka. It has no affiliation with BAS, and is based on several earlier Bulgarian online dictionaries and spell checker databases.

Parameters

|1= (optional)

The dictionary entry to look up. Defaults to {{PAGENAME}}. Required if |2= is used.

|2= (optional)

The link text to display, if different from the dictionary entry. Useful whenever the dictionary lists a collocation, dialectal form or variant spelling under a given entry, but not independently. Defaults to |1= if provided, or {{PAGENAME}} if not.
