Usage

This template may be used in the "References" and "Further reading" sections of Wiktionary entries and on talk pages to format references to the online version of Green's Dictionary of Slang.

Parameters

The template takes the following parameters:

|id= (required)
the part of the URL appearing after entry/, usually in the form ab7hhvq or similar; sometimes followed by a sub-entry ID (which can be added using |subid=)
|entry= (optional), |head= (optional)
name of the entry, defaults to current page title
|pos= (optional)
the part of speech (n, adj etc.)
|sense= (optional)
sense number
|gloss= (optional)
optional gloss, specify when ambiguous
|subid= (optional)
ID of sub-entry, following the entry ID separated by a #, usually in the form ab7hhvq or similar
|subentry= (optional)
name of the sub-entry, defaults to current page title
|subpos= (optional)
part of speech (n, adj etc.) of the sub-entry
|subgloss= (optional)
optional gloss of the sub-entry, specify when ambiguous
|accessdate= (optional)
