R:ga:Corpas”, in Historical Irish Corpus, 1600–1926, Royal Irish Academy

This template is used to provide a link to the online version of the Historical Irish Corpus, 1600–1926. It takes two optional positional parameters and one optional named parameter.

The first positional parameter is the type of search to be performed. Type {{R:ga:Corpas|h}} to search for a headword, {{R:ga:Corpas|p}} to search for a phrase, {{R:ga:Corpas|s}} to search for a standardized form, and {{R:ga:Corpas|e}} to search for an exact form. If this parameter is left blank, the exact form is searched for.

The second positional parameter is the headword to search for. If this parameter is omitted, the name of the page on which the template is located is used as the search term.

|pos= can be used to specify the part of speech of the search term. The possible values are:

  • |pos=a for an adjective
  • |pos=n for a noun
  • |pos=prep for a preposition
  • |pos=pro for a pronoun
  • |pos=v for a verb
  • |pos=vn for a verbal noun

If |pos= is not set, then all parts of speech are searched.
