Do not use this template; it is deprecated. Use {{affix}} with the circumfix written as FOO- -BAR instead.

{{circumfix}} was a relatively high-use template (~ 2,600 uses) until 2023. This is a deprecated template, which was completely replaced by {{affix}} with the circumfix written as FOO- -BAR.{{circumfix}} was kept to make old revision histories legible.

Entries using {{circumfix}} are formatted with the .deprecated CSS class and are categorized in Category:Pages using deprecated templates.
