	Do not use this template. Use `{{head\|el\|adjf}}` (or in some cases `{{head\|el\|compadj}}` or `{{head\|el\|compadjf}}`) instead.

This is a deprecated template, which was completely replaced by {{head|el|adjf}} (or in some cases {{head|el|compadj}} or {{head|el|compadjf}}). {{el-adj-form}} was a relatively high-use template (~ 11,500 uses). It was kept to make old revision histories (before 2024) legible.
