Do not use this template; it is deprecated. Use {{adj form of|lt|LEMMA||...}} with appropriate tags instead.{{lt-form-adj}} was a relatively high-use template (~ 6,000 uses) until 2023. This is a deprecated template, which was completely replaced by {{adj form of|lt|LEMMA||...}} with appropriate tags.{{lt-form-adj}} was kept to make old revision histories legible.
