This template is for displaying the headword line of Maltese common nouns.

Main parameters[edit]

|head=: Overrides the displayed headword.
|g=: Gender: m or f or p or m-p or f-p.
|g2=: Second gender, if more than one gender is possible.
|p= and |p2=, |p3= ...: Plural form. If the noun has no plural, use |pl=-.; Additional parameters are available if there are multiple possible plural forms.
|d= and |d2=, |d3= ...: Dual form.; Additional parameters are available if there are multiple possible dual forms.
|pauc= and |pauc2=, |pauc3= ...: Paucal form.; Additional parameters are available if there are multiple possible paucal forms.
|f= and |f2=, |f3= ...: Feminine form.; Additional parameters are available if there are multiple possible feminine forms.
|dim= and |dim2=, |dim3= ...: Diminutive form.; Additional parameters are available if there are multiple possible diminutive forms.
