Strip diacritics from head parameter via some module

@Rua It would make sense if the same way linking templates strip the diacritics from links this template strips them from the given accentend term in the link then only one parameter needs to be filled for maximum gain, if at all (if one does not ignore at Slovene entries or Proto-Slavic entries written identically to the Slovene word; this is all only if one insists the entry field in the reference should be accented). The entry field should be accented because that's what the headword in the source actually shows. We should copy it verbatim. I've added diacritic stripping for the URL. —Rua (mew) 14:01, 5 June 2019 (UTC)Reply
