easy conversion of IJP declension tables to Template:cs-decl-noun

[edit]

@Solvyn, Vininn126, Hergilei, Atitarev See User:Benwing2/test-cs-ijpdecl. Basically, you copy the declension table from IJP to the first argument and use {{subst:cs-ijpdecl|RAWTABLE}}, and it generates the appropriate call to {{cs-decl-noun}}. In the longer run, we will use {{cs-ndecl}} in place of manually specifying all the forms, but I've created this for the short run so e.g. I can correct a bunch of wrongly specified declension tables. It doesn't yet support singular-only and plural-only nouns but it does correctly handle multiple forms per slot and footnotes attached to the forms. Benwing2 (talk) 18:11, 29 March 2023 (UTC)Reply

Excellent news! Nice work, Ben. Vininn126 (talk) 18:28, 29 March 2023 (UTC)Reply
Thanks for all your hard work! Solvyn (talk) 00:04, 30 March 2023 (UTC)Reply
BTW, I would like to change the {{R:IJP}} link to point to its English version. Solvyn (talk) 01:27, 30 March 2023 (UTC)Reply
We should also probably update the check Reference templates to include cs: in the title. Vininn126 (talk) 09:57, 30 March 2023 (UTC)Reply
@Vininn126 Agreed. Benwing2 (talk) 20:18, 30 March 2023 (UTC)Reply
