The infinitive[edit]

Nice work on this! This is more complete than the other Tamil verb inflection template.

According to "A grammar of modern Tamil" by Thomas Lehmann, first link here https://www.sai.uni-heidelberg.de/tamil/, page 46 (of the PDF, or section 1.50), the infinitive is formed by suffixing "-a", instead of "kka". Anyways, this book contains also a (brief) specification of the optative case and may be useful for completing the table. Kritixilithos (talk) 10:51, 4 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Never mind actually, what you have is correct, I thought this table was for verb class I instead of class VII (correct me if I'm wrong). Kritixilithos (talk) 11:07, 4 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

It seems Tamil has an future adjectival participle (according to the aforementioned source), what would be a good way to include this into the table? Kritixilithos (talk) 11:13, 4 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

New Templates[edit]

Hi!

I made a module for handling the 7 verb classes of Tamil with more complete inflections at template and module. Please take a look! — This unsigned comment was added by Dragonoid76 (talkcontribs).
