Estonian conjugation tables not working?

Hi! I don't know if it's just my browser, but there seems to be something wrong with Module:et-verbs. The conjugation table is not opening at all, at any pages I've tried. It seems you've been active with Estonian conjugations so I contacted you. --

It's affecting everything on Wiktionary, not just Estonian.
